International Corporate, Commercial & Civil Law · Jerusalem

Israeli counsel for business and families whose affairs cross borders.

ABZ Law Office is a boutique firm in Jerusalem acting for companies, investors and private clients in Israel and abroad — on corporate and capital markets matters, commercial transactions and contracts, litigation and arbitration, and estates. A great deal of that work spans more than one jurisdiction, and the firm is built for it.

How we practice

An international practice, run from a single office

Cross-border matters rarely arrive labeled as a transaction, a dispute, or an estate.

Israel is a significant player in the international business world, and individuals from outside Israel keep deepening their ties here — commercially and in their private lives. A company raising capital in two markets; a foreign investor acquiring an Israeli business; a family holding assets on both sides of an ocean. The legal questions do not respect the border.

We act on both sides of that traffic. The firm advises international clients on their Israeli affairs and Israeli clients on their affairs abroad — structuring and negotiating the transaction, drafting the agreements in Hebrew or English, carrying the dispute if one arises, and coordinating with counsel in the other jurisdiction throughout.

Into Israel
Foreign clients, Israeli matters
Investment into Israeli companies and property, establishing and running Israeli subsidiaries, commercial agreements governed by Israeli law, and estates and succession here.
Out of Israel
Israeli clients, foreign matters
Cross-listings and offerings abroad, multinational commercial transactions, disputes with a foreign forum or governing law, and assets held outside Israel.
