The PIPEs Conference 2026

The PIPEs Conference brings together institutional investors, small-cap issuers, investment banks and advisors working in private investments in public equity. It has run for over twenty years and is the principal gathering of the PIPE market.

Where a PIPE, a registered direct offering or an ATM program involves an Israeli issuer, the Israeli law questions — corporate approvals, securities regulation, and the opinions a transfer agent or counterparty will require — have to be answered by Israeli counsel.
