Contracts
The agreements a business runs on — drafted so that they say what was agreed, and hold when someone later wishes they had not agreed it.
Commercial agreements are where most disputes are won or lost, long before anyone reaches a court. The firm drafts, reviews and negotiates the full range of commercial contracts, in Hebrew and in English, for Israeli and international parties.
Where the parties sit in different countries, the questions multiply: which law governs, which forum decides, and whether a judgment obtained in one place can be enforced in the other. Those choices are made at the drafting stage, whether deliberately or by accident.
What we handle
How we work
- Drafting in the language the parties will actually rely on.
- Plain drafting in preference to inherited boilerplate nobody has read.
- Attention to the clauses that matter when things go wrong, not only when they go right.
