The SPAC Conference is DealFlow Events’ forum for special purpose acquisition companies and alternative routes to a public listing.
Avraham S. Ben-Tzvi was scheduled to speak on the cross-border panel, which is squarely the firm’s territory: foreign issuers reaching the U.S. markets, and the legal, tax and regulatory complications that come with a transaction spanning two systems.
He was unable to travel. Israeli airspace was closed during the June 2025 conflict with Iran, and the conference fell within that period. The panel went ahead without him.
